🔁 Returns

Condition: Items must be in original condition and free from any scratches, damage, or signs of wear. All original packaging and accessories must be included.
Return Approval Process:
To start a return, you can contact the specific retailer where you made your purchase, as their return policies may vary. If you purchased online from our official website, you can write to us at info@zivonz.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product from multiple angles
- A brief explanation for the return
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Finalization:
- Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, a full refund will be issued.
- Customers must sign and date a short acknowledgment of the return, which will be kept on file.
- Customers must also send the original package along with all the original paperwork and receipts.
🔄 Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept exchanges for only the same model within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be in original condition, free from wear or damage.
Exchange Procedure:
To request an exchange, email info@zivonz.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- The reason for your exchange request
Once approved, you will receive exchange instructions.
Shipping & Fees:
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs (except in special cases determined by zivonz.com).
An 8% recycling/restocking fee applies to all exchanges.

Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care are not eligible.
Return or exchange requests outside of the stated timeframes will not be accepted.
