ZIVON Return & Exchange Policy

At ZIVON, we take pride in offering eyewear that reflects individuality, craftsmanship, and elevated design. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

  1. Eligibility: Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and free from any scratches, damage, or signs of wear. All original packaging and accessories must be included.
  3. No returns or exchanges are accepted for items marked as “Sale.”

Return Approval Process:

To request a return, please email info@zivonz.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the product from multiple angles
  3. A brief explanation for the return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  1. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Finalization:
    1. Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, a full refund will be issued.
    2. Customers must sign and date a short acknowledgment of the return, which will be kept on file.

🔄 Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: We accept exchanges for the same model only within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: The product must be in excellent condition, free from wear or damage.

Exchange Procedure:

To request an exchange, email info@zivonz.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the item
  3. The reason for your exchange request

Once approved, you will receive exchange instructions.

Shipping & Fees:

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

A $9.50 recycling/restocking fee applies to all exchanges.

ZIVON reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.

Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care are not eligible.

Return or exchange requests outside of the stated timeframes will not be accepted.

Abuse of this policy or repeated return requests without a valid reason may result in loss of return privileges.
